30-Day Limited Warranty

Every Blaze composite stick is warranted against manufacturing defects and breakage under normal play for 30 days from the date you receive it. Break a covered stick in that window and we replace it once, free.

How to file a claim

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your stick. You'll need:

  • Proof of purchase showing the date of receipt
  • The stick's serial number or model information
  • Clear photos of the defect or break

What's covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Breakage under normal ice hockey play
  • One free replacement per stick, original purchaser only

Not covered

  • Normal wear — scratches, dents, chips, fraying
  • Misuse or play on pavement, concrete, or other hard surfaces
  • Contact with players, skates, posts, or boards
  • Heat, flame, or improper storage
  • Sticks from unauthorized resellers or without valid proof of purchase

This warranty is void if a stick shows tampering, alteration, or repair by anyone other than Blaze Hockey — including sanding, re-taping to conceal damage, cutting and re-inserting the shaft, or any change to factory condition. Coverage is limited to one replacement per stick, applies only to the original purchaser, and is non-transferable. It is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied; our sole obligation is repair or replacement of the covered stick.
